01 Introduction
Everyone’s Digital (“Everyone’s Digital”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a registered business name of Resonant Software Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 91 628 541 113). We are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website, engage us for services, or otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we collect, hold, use and disclose it, and how you can access or correct your information or make a complaint. It is intended to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By using our website or engaging our services, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this policy.
02 What personal information we collect
- Enquiry and contact details – name, email address, phone number, company name and any information you provide when contacting us through a form, email or phone call.
- Newsletter and marketing details – email address, name and marketing preferences when you subscribe to our communications, plus engagement data such as opens and clicks.
- Client and billing details – business contact details, invoicing and payment information for clients we provide services to.
- Website usage data – IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and referral source, collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
Access to client systems: As part of delivering our services, our team is often given access to a client’s own platforms (for example, their HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Marketo or n8n environment), where we may see personal information about that client’s own customers. We access this information only to teach, configure, and support the client’s use of their own tools, and only to the extent necessary for the engagement. We do not extract, export or separately store this information outside the client’s own systems, we do not use it for our own marketing, sales or data management purposes, and we do not feed it into any other platform. Each client’s own privacy policy governs how their end customers’ personal information is collected and handled; this policy covers information Everyone’s Digital collects and holds in its own right.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (such as health information) unless it is knowingly and voluntarily provided to us and is directly relevant to the services requested.
03 How we collect personal information
We collect personal information:
- directly from you, when you fill out a form on our website, email or call us, or engage us for services;
- automatically, through cookies and analytics tools when you browse our website; and
- via access granted by a client to their own platforms, for the purpose of delivering the services they've engaged us for.
04 Why we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information
We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and provide requested information;
- deliver, manage and invoice for our services;
- send marketing communications and newsletters (where you have subscribed or otherwise consented, and always with the ability to opt out);
- operate, maintain and improve our website and services; and
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

06Who we disclose personal information to
07Who we disclose personal information to
For our own marketing, sales and business administration, we use HubSpot as our CRM and email marketing platform, together with Google (Workspace, Analytics, Ads) and Meta/LinkedIn advertising tools. Personal information we collect directly – such as enquiry details, newsletter subscriptions and website analytics – may be disclosed to these providers as needed for them to perform that function for us. They are subject to their own privacy and security terms.
Separately, in the course of client engagements we may work within a client’s own Salesforce, Braze, Marketo, n8n or similar environment, as described in section 2 above. We do not use these platforms for our own marketing, sales or data management, and personal information we hold in our own right is not disclosed to them.
We also use AI-assisted tools (such as Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s tools) to help build automations, train and upskill our team and clients on their tech stacks, and support parts of our own work. We do not input personal information belonging to clients or their customers into these AI tools.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
08Overseas disclosure
HubSpot, Google and Meta/LinkedIn (our own service providers, described in section 6) are operated or hosted outside Australia, primarily in the United States. As a result, personal information we collect directly may be disclosed to, or accessed from, overseas recipients located in the United States. Where we engage overseas service providers, we take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers who maintain appropriate data protection standards, but we cannot guarantee that an overseas recipient will handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Where we access personal information within a client’s own platforms (such as their Salesforce, Braze, Marketo or n8n environment) to deliver services, any hosting location and overseas disclosure of that information is a matter for the client and governed by their own privacy policy and arrangements with their vendors, not by us.
